In an effort to solicit truly interested individuals for the new ITOC Member Section leadership positions we
would like to develop a list of interested individuals (candidates) by June 30, 2007. While at conference we
will have an opportunity to get to know the candidates better and put faces with a names. In 2009, elections
will happen through the National Office allowing us to us the meeting times for more ITOC business.
CAN NOT MAKE IT TO CONFERENCE?
I know not everyone can make it to conference. We will be working with RID to get the slate of candidates as
soon as possible, so that you can vote. As, well, you do not need to be present to be elected.
WHAT IF SOMEONE DECIDES LAST MINUTE TO RUN?
During our meeting we will have this slate, plus we will also be accepting names from the floor.
I am hoping that the new 2007-9 Council and old 2005-7 will have a chance to meet during the 2007 San
Fran. Conference.
